All our livestock are grass fed and grass finished on clean unpolluted pastures  No GMO  No artificial inputs (no chemical sprays, fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides)  No chemical castration  No steroids, hormones or antibiotics  No preservatives or artificial inputs in any value add products (e.g. sausages, hams, bacons, salamis, etc)  Humane care and no mass farming methods  No forced growth promotants  No synthetic methionine in the feeds  Authentic pasture roaming, free range.
